Contingent upon contract award,
TOP SECRET CLEARANCE required.
To support and draft program milestones related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA). Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares, and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
Requirements
- Draft and support program milestone-related documentation ensuring compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
- Assist in the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), and more.
- Evaluate program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for alignment with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.
- Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and review boards; provide analysis, inputs, and reports on briefs, point papers, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- MA/MS degree.
- Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a master’s degree.
- Senior - Over 10 years of relevant experience in the duties described in the functional description.
- Must possess or be eligible for a Top-Secret clearance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work in multidisciplinary teams.
- High attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency.
- Prior PMA 263 experience.
