Scheduling Coordinator

• Immediate opening for an experienced scheduler.

• Exciting career in a fast-paced fire protection company; serving Maryland and Pennsylvania.
• This is a full-time position at our corporate office in Westminster, MD.
• Job duties include but are not limited to scheduling & dispatching, general support with logistics, customer service questions, tracking job progress and invoicing.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience scheduling service technicians.
• Familiarity with the Southern PA/Central MD area.
• The right candidate must possess excellent computer skills and the ability to construct sentences using good grammar and proper spelling.
• In addition to clerical duties, this position requires proficiency in logistics, scheduling, customer service, communication (including phone skills) and organization.
