As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Heavy Duty Truck Rental Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our success.

 

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Heavy Duty Truck Rental Sales Associate to manage and drive sales for our truck rental operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of customer needs, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or customer service, preferably within the transportation or equipment rental industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, assess their rental needs, and provide tailored recommendations for heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
  • Sales Management: Actively promote rental services, including upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Quote Preparation: Generate accurate rental quotes and manage rental agreements and contracts.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee truck availability, ensure the readiness of equipment for rental, and coordinate with the maintenance team to address any issues.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, address their concerns, and seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive improvements in service offerings.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, manage inventory, and prepare sales reports as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy-duty truck or automotive rental industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, capable of clearly explaining product features, pricing, and rental terms to clients.
  • Technical Knowledge of Heavy Duty Trucks: Familiarity with the specifications, features, and maintenance requirements of various heavy-duty trucks to provide informed recommendations and answer technical questions.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate rental agreements, handle objections, and close deals while maximizing revenue and ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
