Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in placing orders and navigating our product catalog.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the shipping and logistics team to track orders and provide updates to customers.
  • Support marketing initiatives by collecting customer feedback and insights.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
