Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the shipping and logistics team to track orders and provide updates to customers.
- Support marketing initiatives by collecting customer feedback and insights.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
