RMC is hiring for a Senior Project Control Analyst / Invoicing Specialist to support corporate operations in our Lexington Park, MD Corporate Office.

RMC has an opportunity on our contracts team for a Project Control Analyst providing a wide array of financial support duties. Specific tasks include: creating and maintaining budgets; entering cost and funding information into financial systems; preparing and submitting invoices and monthly reports; preparing estimates; preparing contract and sub-contract documentation; analyzing and projecting expenditures; and other special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates are required to have an Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 10+ years of related experience is also preferred.
• The successful candidate will be able to thrive as part of a team and independently, have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Candidate will also be detail oriented, provide comprehensive solutions to problems or identified areas of weakness, and balance an ever-changing workload.
