Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) provides high-quality, professional services to government and commercial sectors. RMC is hiring a Project Analyst to support our customer at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Indian Head in Indian Head, MD.  This position will directly support senior military and government personnel with a wide variety of management, budgeting, and financial analysis services. The selected applicant will be expected to keep multiple tasks on schedule, develop work quickly and accurately, and transform complex subject matter into simple terms. Responsibilities include:

  • Support, track, and report on user accounts and statuses across multiple applications (ERP, NIS ICAM, TWMS, etc.)
  • Create/Delete/Modify accounts for civilian, military, and contractors
  • Update and map users to new roles; provide or revoke access to systems
  • Manage trainings and provide guidance on systems as needed
  • Check training compliance and manage required account credentials for user access
  • Create/Run reports and develop power point presentations on user data
  • Create and manage excel spreadsheets and data analytics for command reporting
  • Update internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Liaison with IHD customer base, approvers, stakeholders, and DoD/DoN organizations as needed
  • Attend related reoccurring and ad hoc meetings and data calls as needed, and report relevant updates, changes, and requirements to Division leadership
  • Gather information, assess, analyze impacts, report, and help communicate expected changes caused by future generation ERP tool, specifically ERP+, as preparation begins to adopt new capability/version

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following: 

  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio and Office 365 suite; advanced level of MS Project expertise required
  • Experience briefing senior leaders and senior government officials
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
  • Teamwork-oriented, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Strategic thinking, effective problem-solving, and commitment to ensuring client success
  • Results-oriented with time management skills and highly organized
  • Experience working with clients at all organizational levels with professionalism and strong business acumen
  • Ability to analyze and prepare documentation and possess the ability to identify and resolve complex problems  
  • Experience with automated systems, to include database maintenance and ad hoc reporting 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess an Associate’s degree with two (2) years of relevant experience or a High School diploma with four (4) years of relevant experience in a related discipline. Prior experience working with DoD systems (Navy ERP, IBPES, TWMS, etc.) is desired, but training will be provided as necessary.
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. Applicants selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $90,000 to $125,000 (annually). #LI-MB1
