Full Job Description

Seeking a Senior Policy and Strategy Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Private Sector and will directly contribute to development and implementation of policy and strategy. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on a variety of different computer systems and databases to support ODNI's CI, Insider Threat and Security programs.
  2. Actively maintain knowledge of current trends, issues, policies, vulnerabilities of current evolving Technologies that create a potential CI, InTh, or Security concern; use this knowledge to regularly produce finished materials for ODNI workforce, based on a needs assessment by the corporate CIS staff.
  3. Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, support to research development and acquisition, and critical asset protection.
  4. Produce assessments of current threats and trends based on high level collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information.
  5. Inform the corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI and insider threat implications for the ODNI.
  6. As directed, support and complete other as hoc responsibilities within the scope of PWS in order to assist the CIS program office with meeting its mission, goals, and obligations.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
  • JOURNEYMAN Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience. SENIOR Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. SME Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
  • Detail oriented; able to consistently deliver high quality products in a timely fashion
  • Experience writing policy
  • Working knowledge of data and AI topics
  • Skill in developing collaborative information and knowledge sharing networks and builds alliances with colleagues and counterparts within area of expertise
  • Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
