Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. In this role, you will partner with patients to restore their motion and help them achieve their personal best in functionality. Your mission will be to enhance the quality of life and movement potential through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.

With a competitive salary range of $90,000-$115,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, you’ll be well supported in your professional journey.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Manual Therapy
• Formulate individualized care plans using diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Promote healthy lifestyles focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant qualifications and a graduate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Proven experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Strong manual therapy skills and knowledge of current treatment practices.
• Ability to engage with diverse patient personalities effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT.
