With over 92 service bays and $3 million in stocked parts, we handle all aspects of truck operations with a focus on delivering exceptional service across our locations in Annapolis, Baltimore, Cumberland, Elkton, Frederick, Hagerstown, and Idealease of Baltimore.

We are looking for Parts Counter Sales Representatives to join our dynamic Baltimore, MD team. As a key part of our Parts Department, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high customer service standards while helping our clients get the parts they need quickly and efficiently. Position Overview: As a Parts Counter Sales Representative, you will:

• Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner, providing top-notch service
• Process walk-in and phone orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, offering expert advice on parts and solutions
• Manage inventory, parts orders, and special orders, keeping records precise and up-to-date
• Keep the parts counter and display areas organized for a professional and welcoming environment
• Provide support with warehouse management as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of parts department experience, preferably in a truck dealership or aftermarket environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A customer-first mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Self-motivated with outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A professional attitude, with the ability to work well with both customers and team members
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided
• Basic computer and math skills for processing orders and tracking inventory
• Experience with Procede is a plus, but not required
