Full Job Description
As an election worker, you’ll be at the heart of our community on Election Day. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact, support your neighbors, and be part of the democratic process.
Join our dedicated team and play a role in ensuring fair and secure elections across Maryland. We’re looking for responsible, detail-oriented and non-partisan individuals to assist in the final week leading up to the 2024 general election.
You must be available to work on November 5th, 2024 (election day). Shifts are also available up to seven days leading up to the election during the early voting period.
$30 per hour
Locations:
- Baltimore City
- Prince George’s County
- Montgomery County
- Counties on the Eastern Shore: Kent, Queen Anne’s County, Talbot County, Caroline County, Dorchester County, Wicomico County, Somerset County
Requirements
- Complete a background check
- Registered to vote
- Have their own vehicle to travel from polling place to warehouse
- Must be available to work long hours on November 5th
- Be available to attend one day of training
- No prior election experience required
