Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to establish treatment goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and client needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor and document client progress in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments in mental health treatment.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Must hold a current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth in the field of mental health.
