Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Maryland
We are expanding our team and looking for an LMFT to provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional seeking a meaningful role in a supportive environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth client assessments to inform treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions tailored to diverse needs.
- Develop and oversee personalized therapy plans.
- Keep detailed, confidential client records.
- Engage in continuous professional development.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus full benefits.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy (or related field).
- Active LMFT license.
- Background in therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
