Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Role Highlights:

• Conduct thorough assessments to tailor therapy to clients' unique needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure client confidentiality by maintaining accurate records.
• Stay updated with advancements in therapy techniques and attend ongoing training.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline.
• Active LMFT licensure.
• Proven experience in therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based approaches.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
