Full Job Description
Miller Transportation Group is looking for a Lease Account Manager to support our growing company in the Jessup, MD area. This position is an addition to our sales team and will require a combination of outside sales and account management techniques. Ideal applicants will have commercial truck leasing experience and the ability to work independently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sell commercial truck leasing services to businesses in accordance with established company guidelines
- Responsible to follow the company's merchandising plan in developing the leasing customer base on both an aggregate and branch basis
- Act as a liaison between internal customers such as the maintenance department, rental sales representatives, and administration
- Knowledgeable of trucks, truck equipment, and trucking regulations
Requirements
You Have:
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Associate's Degree
- Prior Commercial Truck Leasing experience
- Outside sales experience and see yourself as a Hunter who can also build strong relationships with current customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Willingness to travel as necessary within your territory
You May Also Have:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
