Law Firm Intake Specialist

Busy Baltimore personal injury law firm seeks intake specialist to interview and screen prospective clients. We represent clients across the US in national litigations. This is a full time position. This is an on-site job. The ideal candidate will have a four year college degree. Prior experience in marketing or customer service is preferred. You would be joining a team of intake staff.

Job responsibilities include:

• Direct communication with prospective clients by phone, text, and email
• Perform preliminary interview to qualify potential clients
• Work directly with attorneys
• Educate clients on the firm's case criterion and details of the litigation
• Input data into software that tracks all communications with each prospective client

We will train you on software, interviewing skills, and best practices. There is a congenial team environment.
