Inspiroz is seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented IT Project Assistant to join our on-site IT support team in Baltimore, MD for a 3 week Inventory Management Project for our clients.  As the IT Project Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with assessing, re-imaging and setting up hardware in preparation for the new school year.

Requirements

• Hardware Support
• Assess, diagnose, clean/fix all laptops/desktops and reimage as needed.
• Provide detailed information and documentation for hardware.
• Asset Tag Management
• Once devices have been assessed and deployed, final asset tag and documentation of devices.
• Maintain Asset Tag Management documentation.
• Client Support and Service
• Communicate updates, challenges and tasks to the client in a clear and timely manner.
• Assists clients in aligning technology solutions with their specific goals and requirements. 
• Ensures client satisfaction by following up on issue resolution and providing necessary support.
