IT Intern/CO-OP

RMF has an immediate need for a full-time intern/co-op to join our IT department in our Baltimore office located in BW Technology Park. We are looking for a self-directed IT intern with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with the IT team.

DURATION:

Duration is >4 months or based on candidate’s academic calendar and availability. We are looking for an intern/co-op to start immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Intern will provide user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and advise users on the appropriate actions as well as configure and deploy new equipment.

Requirements

-          Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT related field

-          Satisfactory completion of sophomore year

-          Familiar with PDF, Microsoft Office applications. Working knowledge of fundamental operations of Windows 10-11 is essential

-          Strong verbal and written communication skills

-          Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-          Strong work ethic and attention to detail

-          Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
