Infrastructure Project Manager
Systems Integration & Development (SID) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in Rockville, MD and is currently seeking a talented an Infrastructure Project Manager. This is a full-time position available onsite (hybrid) in New Carrollton, MD.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement project tasks and monitor progress.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, and cloud services.
- Proven experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- PMP and ITIL v3 Certs are required
- Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
