YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As an HVAC Sales Representative, you're responsible for maximizing our revenue and creating new business opportunities within the HVAC and plumbing trades. Your goal is to optimize our technicians' time and fill their schedules as much as possible. Using our ride-along software, you efficiently dispatch techs and remotely manage our field sales processes. You closely follow our standard procedures to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support techs in delivering persuasive presentations to prospective clients. As needed, you jump in to help the techs and assist them in successfully closing deals. You're a vital part of our winning team!

Here's what we need from you:

• Professional inside sales experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to build rapport and strengthen relationships
• Motivation to succeed and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take accountability for your performance

Knowledge of a trade like HVAC or plumbing would be a plus!
