Ripple Effect is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant to support our organizational needs. This enthusiastic and highly organized individual will aid HR operational and recruiting processes by providing efficient and attentive administrative support, record keeping, and project coordination support.

- Salary Range: $48,344.40 to $66,715.27 (how we pay and promote)
Responsibilities
- Supports the recruitment process by performing tasks such as: reviewing resumes, qualifying and communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing project support to the recruiting team.
- Coordinates the logistics for the entire recruiting process for multiple pipelines to help achieve goals to reduce time to hire while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Enters data, maintains accurate records, and prepares HR related materials in a timely manner following established procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
- Responds to basic internal and external HR related inquiries or requests for assistance.
- Supports orientation, onboarding, and updates employee information.
- Contributes to human resources practices that support a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment.
- Assists with ad-hoc HR projects like inventory of HR resources, collection of employee feedback, or employee engagement activities.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- No experience required
Basic Requirements
- Interest in the field of human resources
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects at a time and coordinate efficiently with parties involved
- Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to navigate and learn new online systems easily, including HRIS or ATS
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to report to Ripple Headquarters office (located in Rockville, MD) 1-2 days per week.

Skills That Set You Apart
- Previous experience and knowledge of human resources
- Experience with Workable or other applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Previous experience providing administrative support in a corporate setting
