Home Health Aide

We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant to join our team and provide home health services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other tasks. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and be able to provide emotional support to clients in need. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

With an immediate need to fill two permanent cases offering part-time hours. Cases can be combined to make full-time hours .

Client I-20 hrs/w

M,T,W and Fri from 4pm to 9pm.

Additional clients and shifts available.

Full Time & Part Time, Flexible Shifts, All Shifts Available

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provides ADLs, health care tasks , personal hygiene services, light housekeeping tasks, and other related support services essential to the participant's health
• Prepares and serves simple meals according to instruction and assists with feeding as necessary.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Observe changes in client's condition and report to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using appropriate equipment.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or G.E.D Certificate Preferred
• Must be able to pass a background, fingerprint, and drug screening***
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for job
• Must be able to lift or move 50 pounds without assistance
• Have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
• Current and valid BLS or CPR and First Aid
