Job Position: Graduate Business Analyst – Accelerated Lab Data Program
Location: Gaithersburg, Maryland
Starting Salary: $52,500
Additional Information: A medical or scientific background and experience within a lab setting is advantageous

The Role
Project: Producing automized data workflows across multiple laboratory locations throughout the US, with the goal to deliver a simple and effective system
Accreditations: Agile PM foundation and practitioner, IIBA, CMI level 3
Skill Set: Strong stakeholder management, confident communicator, adaptable and proactive, JIRA, diagramming tools e.g. Visio
Progression: Within this role you will transition to working for the end user client at the end of the two-year development program

What makes a great Grayce Analyst?
3.3/4 GPA or higher: Within a Scientific or Medical focused pathway.
