The Village at Rockville, a premier Life Plan Community with over 130 years of dedicated service, is seeking compassionate Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) to join our exceptional healthcare team.
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? As a GNA at The Village at Rockville, you'll provide meaningful, hands-on care to our residents, ensuring they achieve and maintain the highest possible levels of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Provide personalized care across our continuum of services
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Engage in meaningful interactions to support residents' well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently
- Team player mentality
- Passion for serving older adults
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on care tasks
- Previous experience working with elderly patients is preferred but not required

Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour based on experience
