General Manager

Franchise Empowerment is a leading franchise consultancy that specializes in helping entrepreneurs turn their dreams of owning a successful business into reality. We provide expert guidance and support in all aspects of franchising, from market research and business planning to franchise development and training. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our organization.

As the General Manager at Franchise Empowerment, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations and driving the company's growth and success. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, manage budgets and financial performance, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the achievement of organizational goals and objectives
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency
• Oversee financial performance and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of business principles and practices
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in the franchising or business development industry is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management
