Full Job Description

Ticket management - workflow queue coordinator

Schedule: Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm. Training Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm.

Requirements

TS/SCI with poly required

  • No demonstrated experience is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
    • High school diploma (or GED) and five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
  • Interpersonal Communication Abilities
  • Ticketing systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite desired
