Full Job Description
- Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
- Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
- Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
- Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
Schedule Options:
- Sunday – Thursday 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm
- Tuesday - Saturday 2pm-10pm/3pm-11pm/4pm-12am
Requirements
TS/SCI with poly required
- 10 years of related experience and a Bachelor of Science
- 5 years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree
- Customer Service Data Entry
- Microsoft Office
- Windows
- Active Directory desired
- ServiceNow ticketing desired
One or More of the Following Certifications Required:
- A+
- CCNA Security
- CND
- Network+
- SSCP
- CySA+
- GICSP
- GSEC
- Security+
- CASP+
- CCNP Security
- CISA
- CISSP (or Associate)
- GCED
