Full Job Description
- Weekly reporting of all upcoming COMAR inspections, Boom Lift Inspections, and Di-Electric Tests to FCM and FD.
- Send out weekly SMC Take Home Vehicle PM reporting to FD and FSM for review.
- Uploads and maintains all inspection paperwork in appropriate program.
- Documents and maintains EZ-Pass transponders and issues new transponders when needed. Tracks on Equipment Inventory Sheet.
- Updates driver files with current Medical Card when renewed.
- Updates unit heading in Samsara to appropriate foreman names.
- Tracks Spare WEX Card allotment and updates Spare Card Tracker.
- Documents & pays all driver issued citations and sends Reimbursement Form to employee supervisor for signature.
- Maintains and renews all SMC owned asset registrations. Maintains documentation in Samsara as well as Equipment Inventory Sheet.
- Documents and tracks all work orders and repair requests through Samsara.
- Takes emergency breakdown phone calls, dispatches SMC mechanic or 3rd party mechanic to assist operations.
- Communicates with field supervision on status of repairs after speaking with mechanics for repair updates.
- Send out weekly SMC Take Home Vehicle PM reporting to FD and FSM for review.
- Report and tracks spare equipment and reports that to FD and FSM.
- Assists in setting up assets in Samsara for GPS and cost tracking purposes.
- Orders parts for necessary repairs per communication through the FSM and mechanics.
Requirements
- Proficient at MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, 365) and Adobe.
- Accuracy in all tasks assigned.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to follow up with team members and management.
- Organizational management and developmental skills.
- Ability to professionally handle conflicts and confrontations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform at elevated levels in an ever-changing work environment.
- Ability to identify and resolve potential problems proactively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
