Full Job Description
CTI is a leading defense and space industry corporation seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by providing comprehensive administrative support to our executives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Entering data into our database system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and travel accounts
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Managing various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization
- Reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and providing support during annual audits
- Performing data cleanup and analysis tasks such as assisting with Fixed Asset tracking
- Assisting with data entry and purchasing functions
- Acting as a point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders
- Providing administrative support as needed to other functional areas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Experience working with executives in a corporate environment is preferred
