Full Job Description
Our client, a leader in construction with a focus on infrastructure and site development, is seeking an experienced Civil Site Estimator to join their team. This role will focus on estimating for projects in clearing, earthwork, site utilities, asphalt paving, soil cement & stabilization, and reclamation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in civil construction and be capable of preparing accurate and detailed estimates for a variety of large-scale infrastructure and site development projects.
Requirements
Proven experience as an estimator in civil construction, focusing on site development and infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of estimating processes for clearing, earthwork, utilities, asphalt paving, soil stabilization, and reclamation
Proficient in reading blueprints, plans, and technical specifications
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with estimating software and construction project management tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
