Position Overview: As a Diesel Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of diesel-powered trucks and equipment, diagnosing and repairing malfunctions, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the highest safety and performance standards. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our customers' fleets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine malfunctions, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and more
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to accurately identify problems and provide solutions
• Conduct inspections to ensure all vehicles are safe, compliant, and running at optimal levels
• Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians and departments to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, parts used, and inventory
• Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and new repair techniques to continually enhance your skill set

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Diesel Technician (experience at a dealership is a plus)
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engine systems, electrical components, and hydraulic systems
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools to perform repairs and maintenance
• Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities – we’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and perform other hands-on tasks
• Valid driver’s license is required for this position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications or training in diesel technology (ASE Certification is a plus)
