Data Entry Operator / Data Collections Manager - US REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage data in our databases and data management systems.
• Oversee the data collection process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Analyze and validate data to maintain data integrity and quality.
• Prepare reports and summaries of collected data for management review.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for data improvement and process optimization.
• Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and practices.
• Monitor data collection trends and metrics to ensure ongoing efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a data management role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data accurately.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with remote teams.
