Full Job Description
LAC Federal is looking for a Data Engineer/Developer/AI Expert to develop and apply technological solutions for a critical collection discoverability project at a world-class institution. The Data Engineer/Developer/AI Expert will leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline the discoverability process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, test, and implement technological solutions to process unprocessed materials.
- Develop new workflows and tools using AI and other emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with Catalogers, Metadata Specialists, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of technological solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in data engineering, software development, and AI applications.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in cataloging and metadata creation.
- Ability to develop and implement technology-based workflows.
