We have an exceptional opportunity for a mission-driven leader with a passion for high standards in healthcare services in a fast-paced setting.

The ConnectedLiving Coach is a working supervisory role that performs day to day tasks in the ConnectedLiving (Activities) department and provides supervision to assigned team members. Also participates in creating a ConnectedLiving (Activities) Program that creates and sustains a culture of growth and potential for all residents to age intelligently and thrive in body, mind, and spirit. To promote informed ageing through a deliberate wellness approach that promotes lifelong learning, physical fitness and wellness, social engagement, spiritual expression, and vocational connectivity.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience.

Requirements

You will need two years of experience working with seniors in a health care setting and experience working in the ConnectedLiving (Activities) field. You will need the Activity Professional Certification (ADC or CTRS). This position will need flexible hours, be proficient in Microsoft office and needs to be relatable with strong written and oral communication skills. PCC experience preferred.

Some weekends and holidays required.
