Aveon Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CMT certification to join our team in the ever-evolving field of Hospital & Health Care. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Assist patients with mobility, including transferring and positioning.
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
  • Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.
  • Assist in the administration of medications as per the CMT certification guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care and needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.

Requirements

  • Current CNA certification and/or CMT certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
