Our Client is dedicated to delivering exceptional in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals and families. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision & Training: Oversee and mentor behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to RBT certification requirements.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Utilize tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales, and the Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS) to conduct comprehensive client evaluations.
  • Program Development: Design and manage individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
  • Caregiver Collaboration: Educate and support caregivers in implementing personalized ABA strategies and principles.
  • Documentation: Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments, maintaining accurate and timely records.
  • Compliance: Keep all professional certifications and state licensures current and in good standing.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Certification: Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). If you are in the process of obtaining this certification, you are still encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the field of Behavior Analysis or working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. (Newly certified BCBAs are also encouraged to apply.)

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for client appointments.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ethical, compassionate, and energetic approach to client care.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and comfortably engage at the client's level, which may include sitting on the floor
