Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Training: Oversee and mentor behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to RBT certification requirements.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Utilize tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales, and the Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS) to conduct comprehensive client evaluations.
- Program Development: Design and manage individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
- Caregiver Collaboration: Educate and support caregivers in implementing personalized ABA strategies and principles.
- Documentation: Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments, maintaining accurate and timely records.
- Compliance: Keep all professional certifications and state licensures current and in good standing.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Certification: Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). If you are in the process of obtaining this certification, you are still encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the field of Behavior Analysis or working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. (Newly certified BCBAs are also encouraged to apply.)

- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.

- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and comfortably engage at the client's level, which may include sitting on the floor
