Assembly is hiring an Associate Project Manager for to assist our Baltimore team. The primary role of the Associate Project Manager, Media is to oversee flawless execution of multi-channel campaigns and projects from inception to completion. Reporting to the Account Manager, this role is a key member of our growing team. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with an organized approach to managing colleagues and deliverables; one who loves checking things off the to do list and can motivate colleagues to get the job done well and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and track all client needs, requests and communications coming from status calls, ad hoc calls, email, and Teams requests
- Track project deliverables, connecting regularly with all team members (internal and external) to ensure understanding and adhere to roles, expectations, deliverables and timelines
- Request and confirm campaign assets and needs between agency, vendors, and client
- Facilitate internal and external (client) communication related to campaigns and ad hoc/ongoing deliverables through weekly client calls
- Updating client-facing project tracker and reviewing regularly for progress
- Tracking all communications between client and agency, flagging any immediate concerns and prioritizing other tasks for the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Requirements
- Attention to detail and the ability to focus under pressure.
- Successfully work with various groups to resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to handle multiple projects, and multiple brands at the same time
- Self-starter with desire to be responsible and accountable for excellence
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, facilitation, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills are preferred
- Previous experience working successfully as a Project Manager at a marketing agency or digital marketing firm preferred
- Knowledge of collaboration software and project management techniques and tools (MS Teams, Monday.com preferred)
- 4-year college degree preferred

Equal Opportunities
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $55,000 - $65,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
