Assembly is looking for an Associate Manager, Client Experience (Media Planning). The Associate Manager, Client Experience will be responsible for research, media strategy, and plan development for assigned account(s). You will play an important and strategic role as a liaison between the internal strategy, execution teams, and the client. Your exposure to the client, as the day-to-day contact, gives you insight into the inner workings of a marketing campaign, and the unique ability to leverage that insight with Assembly. With the goal of bringing new client ideas and solutions, the focus is to meet client expectations through management, oversight, and execution across several digital channels (Display, Social Media, Search Engine Marketing).
Responsibilities:
- Aggregate and implement Account-Based approaches and marketing strategies
- Oversee Demand Generation, Lead Conversion, and Content Syndication tactics
- Support client in their lead pipeline connectivity strategy
- Provides information about the brand, consumer and marketplace that will aid in the creation of the media strategy
- Master the use of proprietary and industry tools and systems
- Oversees the plan entry into agency tool for flowcharting
- Oversees and/or manages the budget tracking, management, and reporting process
- Display application of media knowledge to address media and business challenges
- Actively participates in meetings/brainstorm sessions
- Actively participates in meetings with media representatives to evaluate opportunities in collaboration with internal activation teams
- Collaborates on POVs and client facing communication
- Works with research to ensure competitive spending data requests and analysis are completed
- Collects and organizes data across all channel teams for reporting in collaboration with activation.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the client’s business
- Understands and can articulate the business challenge that leads to the media strategy
Requirements
- 1-2 years of cross-channel media planning experience
- Prior advertising or digital media agency experience preferred
- Strong digital marketing background and familiarity with multiple media channels
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Solid research and analytical skills, good mathematical aptitude, and attention to detail
- Strong experience with Excel (advanced functions and formulas) and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with a variety of media tools and software like Prisma, MediaOcean
- Ability to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure with multiple assignments; meet tight deadlines and multi-task
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
