Description:
RMF Engineering, Inc is seeking is currently seeking an Accounting Professional for our Baltimore division office.
Responsibilities:
- Processing monthly journal entries
- Process monthly trade payables and expense reports
- Reconciliation of credit card payments
- Processing monthly vendor and sub-consultant payments
- Monthly vendor reporting
- Working with project managers and accountants on various projects
- Must have the ability to make accurate, independent decisions, possess a positive attitude, and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of practical accounting experience in accounts payables
- Professional service contracts administration experience is desirable
- Must have experience with MS Excel
