2024 Summer Intern - Marketing

Looking for a summer marketing internship and valuable learning opportunity at a growing and progressive company? GRF CPAs & Advisors, a Maryland-headquartered mid-size CPA firm, is in search of an intern to join our internal marketing team during the summer months.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Preparing and revising marketing collateral

·       Graphic design and presentations

·       Professional writing related in internal and external communications

·       Assist with preparation for larger events

·       New business proposals

·       Small projects related to the firm’s website and social media presence

·       Prospect and market research

·       Data entry and reporting

·       Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

·       A current college junior or senior working to obtain a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field.

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, Adobe applications, and WordPress

·       Familiarity with light graphic design in a platform such as Canva

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and timelines

·       Ability to work independently, use sound judgement, and prioritize tasks

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills

Benefits

This is a paid internship entailing 20-30 hours of work a week. Our Bethesda, MD office is located 2 blocks from Metro, and we offer both hybrid and remote work arrangements.
