NCG Associates is a reputable healthcare staffing agency specializing in providing top-quality nursing professionals to healthcare facilities across the country. We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.
As a Travel Registered Nurse at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to explore new places while utilizing your skills and expertise in nursing. You will have the flexibility to travel to various healthcare facilities and provide excellent patient care in different settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and personalized care
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Stay up-to-date with nursing practices and participate in professional development activities
Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently
- Flexibility to travel and work various shifts
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Benefits
Assignment location: Camden, Maine
Job Title:T-RN
Length of assignment:14 weeks
Start date:ASAP
Time Schedule: 6:45am-7:15pm
Pay rate: $1,512 -$1,580 @36 hrs per Week
Stipend: upto $800/weekly
Sign on Bonus: paid one time on 2nd or 3rd paycheck
License Required: Maine License
Required: BLS Certificate
Housing Assistant: Provided
