Our client, a prominent player in the firearms industry, is seeking a results-driven and experienced CEO to lead their organization. As the CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance, and growth of the company.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the company's business plan, identifying new market opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will be in charge of building and leading a high-performing team, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
This position offers work-from-home benefits, but you need to reside within 1 hour from the HQ located in Dayton, Ohio. This can include areas like Colombus or Cincinnati.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to drive business growth and achieve financial targets
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, including expanding the company's product portfolio and entering new geographies
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry partners
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with a strong emphasis on safety and responsible firearm practices
- Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competition, and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements
- Extensive experience in a leadership role within the firearms industry

Benefits
- Salary Range: $175K - $300K PA (DOE)
- Remote work with regular travel to locations for staff engagement.
