Speech Pathologist

Express Yourself Speech and Language Therapy LLC is looking for a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic Superstar team!✨✨ In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Our ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families.💥💥

Responsibilities:

• Independently and accurately select a comprehensive assessment battery with consideration for all relevant factors
• Develop and implement individualized plan of care/treatment plan tailored to each client's specific needs
• Independently an accurately complete a weekly lesson plan for each client
• Independently and accurately complete a weekly treatment note for each client
• Independently and accurately implement intervention techniques during therapy sessions that take into consideration of all the unique characteristics and communication needs of each client
• Independently and accurately complete a progress report for each client when required
• Educate parents and/or caregivers on strategies to promote independence with skills targeted in the therapy session

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and active license from the Louisiana Board of Examiner for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology
• Pass a criminal background check
