Service Technician

PRO-TEK LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our products and providing exceptional customer service. With a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail, you will diagnose and repair technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and provide essential support to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Conducting diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on our products
• Installing and configuring new equipment, ensuring proper functionality
• Performing preventative maintenance on a regular basis to ensure optimal performance
• Responding to service calls from customers, addressing their concerns and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or in-person interaction
• Collaborating with the service team to develop and implement efficient and effective service strategies
• Keeping detailed records of all service and repair activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification preferred)
• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
