Requirements
- You will serve H&E clients by expertly explaining benefits of choosing our company when presenting residential heating and cooling system replacements, air filtration systems, and ductwork systems.
- Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintaining a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service.
- Understand and utilize cutting edge equipment estimation software, presenting multiple options to our customers every time.
- Always explain to the client what service you are performing. Explain and show the client how the company provides superior service.
- Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
- Get rewarded for maintaining our sales average goals while providing good business ethics. Never sell the client something that they don’t need. Perform a proper inspection of the client’s system. Make sure you look for ways to save the customer money, time, or effort.
- Give multiple options to customer while educating them on what they need and what will benefit them.
- Explain the benefits of newer higher efficiency equipment to the client.
- Explain the club memberships to the client, giving them an opportunity to join.
- Maintain your sales vehicle so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times.
