- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product features, pricing, orders, and general inquiries

- Fluency in both English and a second language (Spanish)
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
