Pediatric Occupational Therapist Evaluator and Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Use a comprehensive assessment battery that takes into consideration of all the unique characteristics and communication needs of each client

• Develop effective individualized treatment plans appropriate for each client to obtain progress
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes
• Complete documentation on electronic health records platform
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research in occupational therapy to provide the highest quality care to our clients
• Supervise an Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant who provides treatment to the clients of the private practice

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid and active license for the Louisiana Board of Medical Examiners
• Pass a criminal background check
• Experience with supervising certified occupational therapist assistant
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills to effectively collaboration with team members and other healthcare professionals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational skills and efficient time management skills
• Excellent observation skills
• Proficient computer skills to complete documentation on electronic health records platform

🎯 $50.00 per evaluation

🎯$45.00 supervisor rate (per observation/visit)
