FDF Energy Services is a leading provider of energy industry services, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Operation Support Associate to join our team. As an Operation Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing administrative and operational support to our operations and projects.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating logistics, maintaining records and documents, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will also provide assistance in project coordination, monitoring progress, and communicating with stakeholders.

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role is highly preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Assist with the coordination and tracking of project activities and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and address inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic project management principles is a plus.
  • Experience in the energy industry or related field is a plus.
