Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
• Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and ensure passengers follow safety protocols.
• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and needs with professionalism and courtesy.
• Serve meals and beverages, accommodating passengers' dietary restrictions and requests as needed.
• Assist with the boarding process and help ensure a smooth departure and arrival for all passengers.
• Manage in-flight emergencies with confidence and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the flight crew and provide updates on passenger needs.

Requirements

• Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in your native language.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in emergencies.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all passengers.
• No prior experience in aviation necessary; training will be provided.
