Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the development and implementation of digital projects and initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Chief Digital Officer or in a similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital strategies, technologies, and trends.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in a complex organization.
• Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to drive change and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the executive search or recruitment industry is a plus.
