Call By Call Sales Manager

As a Call By Call Sales Manager, you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their Air Conditioning needs and you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

- Prior experience as a Sales Role or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills

- Proficient in Service Titan software

- Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
- Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service.
- Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Sales Role or in a similar role
- HVAC sales experience: 2+ years preferred
- Proficient Service Titan software
- Goal and Results Driven
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Service Titan software

- Compensation: $60,000- $120,000
